This essay is a reflective self-evaluation of my thoughts following a 60 minute video recorded session of an Improving feeler to Psychological Therapy (IAPT) Low Intensity Case Management watch which I undertook whilst undergoing training to become a Psychological wellbeing Practitioner at Liverpool John Moores University, on Monday sixteenth July 2012.
