Brown VS. The Board of Education was a side that was astir(predicate) allowing a little 8 year-old African American in an all- albumen nurture in Little Rock High shallow in Arkansas . What really happen in this case was that all the schools were separated from blacks and whites. So that mean the black that were separate had the worse schools. While the whites had all the best equipment, books, and schooling for the white students. Also what really started this case was that Linda Brown wanted to go to school that was only 5 blocks from her house. But she was denied permission to attend. And the school they told her to go to was 21 blocks away from her house. The separate schools were enforce playd by the Board of Education. Linda Brown parents filled a lawsuit to force the schools to admit her to the nearby, but segregated, school for white students. The question that was turn to to the Supreme Court was the 14th Amendment or Equal certificate Clause.
In 1967 Lindas attorneys argued that the operation of separate schools, based on race, was harmful to African American children. Her attorneys also implied that African American were inherently inferior to whites. And so they asked the Supreme Court to let on down segregation under the law. The Board of Education obstinate to reverse the Plessy doctrine of separate but equal. I guess that what the Board of education did was wrong. I think that back thence that blacks and whites should have been in schools together and etc. Another function is that I think that this case was a little interesting. I am happy that now blacks and whites can get along now. If you want to get a full essay, order it on our website:
