In todays economy, organizations must be able to adapt to the ever-changing environment. In an effort to reduce negative outcomes from change and improve running(a) conditions, organizations must have a clear substantiateing of the military personnel within and organization. This paper will define the key concepts of organisational demeanor (OB) and the factors associated with such including organisational grow, diversity, communication, organizational effectiveness and efficiency, and organizational learning. Why has organizational behavior research become so important in new-fangled years? Can such research really fetch value to the success of an organization? In an effort to understand the importance of such, the paper will define the terms associated with organizational behavior and provide examples of each as they relate to first rudiment Co. The terms include organizational behavior (OB), organizational culture, diversity, communication, organizational effectiveness and efficacy, and organizational learning.
Organizational Behavior
Organizational behavior, OB for short, is the study of tender behavior in organizations. It is a multidisciplinary field devoted to grounds individual and group behavior, interpersonal processes, and organizational dynamics. (Schermerhorn, Hunt, & Osborn, 2005). ABC Co. has implemented various groups within the organization who work to begin everyone together. They have monthly luncheons and gatherings help facilitate communication.
They developed subsidy and award programs for performance and customer satisfaction. In addition, they are unendingly looking at ways to improve benefits such as vacations, holidays, and 401k. Such efforts are important in limited turnover rate and ensuring the best ethical practices.

Organizational or corporate culture is the system of shared actions, values, and beliefs that develops within and organization and guides the behavior of its members.
