I would describe Irene Rosenfeld personal leadership, the process by which an individual exerts influence oer opposite people and inspires, motivate, and directs their activities to help achieve group or organizational goals (Jones , 463), style as having an aim more towards accomplishing whatever goal is at hand verse a matter to with developing good relationships with subordinates. According to our class book this quality of personal leadership would return Irene Rosenfeld a task-oriented leader, which is a leader whose primary concern is to ensure that subordinates perform at a high level (474), including herself as one of the subordinates at times. An cause of how Rosenfeld performs at a high level would be when she valued others to agree with her ideas, When she is trying to persuade you of something, she will be stiff in coming back with facts and showing you she has support of other people (Berfield, 1).
