All of our options for this assignment were interesting but I demand to discuss proactive vs. reactive multifariousness. In the world of pedigree you leave alone be faced with decisions every day. The question is will you make decisions because you consider to (reactive reposition) or because you want to. (proactive change) Proactive change is often implemented to avoid future tense businesss, threats, or to take advantage on a future business opportunity. Reactive change on the other hand is after a problem has already presented itself and you are forced to make a decision. (Weiss, 2012)

However, taking a proactive stance is one of the beat out things you can do for your smart set. In our previous assignment, I discussed the grandness of innovation. Being an innovative company is part of taking a Proactive stance. You are capitalizing on those future opportunities before you competitors have a chance to do so. As I mentioned in that discussion, Apple is a great example of a company that stays innovative and ahead of their competitors. Founder Steve Jobs was not alarmed of change or to be innovative and it has paid run into with great success.
