A BCG hyaloplasm is a method that is used by businesses to determine the life speech rhythm of a product within the organization. The BCG Matrix is a chart that is broken down into four categories. The four categories be Stars, immediate payment Cows, Dogs and Question Marks. There will be a BCG Matrix for two departments in a company; the two departments be the appliance and electronics. There will also be strategical recommendation for both departments (BCG Matrix, 2012).
Stars have a high addition and high share, this phratry requires an increased investment due to the hap ripening. The hard cash cows have a scummy offshoot and high share, this stratum requires a misfortunate investment and the developing is very slow. The dogs have low growth and low merchandise shares. If a product is in this category it is considered to be in a very bad situation and should consider liquidating if the products arent delivering cash like it should. The final category is the question objective that has a high rememberet growth and low shares. It also has a high demand for the products but low returns. In this area they should try to increase the merchandise shares or try to swallow the product to deliver more cash (BCG Matrix, 2012).




The stars are in the upper adept square, the lower go forth square is the cash cows, the dogs are in the lower refine square and the question mark is in the upper right square. The electronic department is in the question mark category which means it has a high market growth but low shares. The appliances department is in the cash cows category (BCG Matrix, 2012).
Being that the electronic department is in the question mark category, it has a mean for high demands but the returns on these products are low. This department should try very hard to increase the market share and get more cash deliver.
