Paper 1: Description and Analysis
supportive Description
I feel crisp, clean fall air gird me as I roll down the window of my set truck. The sunlight beams brightly on the smooth murky pavement that makes up the oversized parking lot of this locally possess plash plaza. The glowing sun brings joy to an elderly char as she stretches fall out of her gondola and soaks in the warming rays. I watch as a well-used minivan parks next to her and a overprotect and her four untriedsters pile out. The mother playfully herds her young children towards the glistening glass of the entrance doors. They draw closer and roughly pause as a man dressed in dark leather attire steps in apparent motion of them reaches for the store door. He opens it and steps aside with a warm, lucky grin and holds the door open as the young family walks into the building, the mother looking back with a sincere look of appreciation.
The diverse sounds of the gas station surrounding me begin to catch my concern as the engine noises, chattering of people, and the constant shutting of car doors all begin to flow together to create a peaceful white noise. The rumble and rattle of diesel engines creates a rhythmic low hum, sounding almost like melody to the trained ear.
I notice the glistening of a black tie black Dodge truck pulling a surd loaded horse impressioner. The rust and scuff marks on the outside of the punch illustrate the pleasant years of trail rides and ranch life it has seen. A seasoned cowboy in faded wrangler jeans and his matching wife step out of the truck in dusty boots, their demeanor mirroring that of their trailer. Horse hooves flock in excitement as their owners walk past the trailer holding hands and make their stroll towards the gas station doors.
Negative Description
