Week Five Team Reflection
Team B thought week louver was in truth interesting. The DQs were oriented towards leading expressions and theories. The first team component has a laid back leadership room permit subordinates to work independently with very little direction by him. His leadership style is oriented towards a matrix organisational mental synthesis. He indicated his leadership style wouldnt fit a structure where the manager would have to be hands on a daily basis. The second team particle has a democratic leadership style. She is balanced with task and people druthers so she leads by asking direct input by subordinates frequently. Her leadership style wouldnt be effective with the soldiers since decision have to be made quickly or someone could be harmed. Team member one has had see to it with manager with a laid back leadership style which was effective but when the organization changed their structure she had problems compensateing her leadership style to lead the employees and confidence with the organisational leaders. The second team member had worked under a charismatic leadership style. Yes employees liked her and she could propel employees she had the inability to discipline those whom took advantage of her leadership style.

In goal Team B had no issues understanding week fives topics. They both felt the information was interesting.
