Abstract: The following theme chronicles the evolution of the authors thinking on lead through the course of his formulate experience. Leadership is viewed as a dynamical process involving twain formal and informal roles. The process is initiated as an individual identifies opportunities and feels pulled to do to emerging patterns and initiate action to enable positive change. The dynamics between formal and informal leadership structures and leadership as a state of mind argon discussed. The following paper presents a reflection on my personal journey and evolving taste of leadership based on my work experience all over the past 17 years. As I look can on the time, I recognize that much of my current wager in leadership and complexity has evolved from crises that micturate I become confronted and attempted to overcome. Through my career I have seen various tangency points that have shaped and limitd my perspectives on leadership.
